of Xiamen Special Economic Zone!It deals with consulation of hi-tech
industrial investments and venture investments and introduction
of advanced technology and management of successful enterprises
at home and abroad.

Investemnet Corp.(SOAI) was found in June 1993,with its
registered capital of RMB 1918.80 million Yuan.SOAI is
a special enterprise authorized by Xiamen Municipal Government
to exercise the invertor’s function on behaif of Xiamen
Xunicipal Government, specializing in running state-owned
assets. It decides the major matters of its wholly owend
and controlled enterprises, and its cardinal purpose is
to preserve and increase the value of state-owned assets.The
tital assets of SOAI value 9880 million Yuan and its net
assets value 4930 million Yuan,by the end of 1999. SOAI
has 36 wholly owned enterprises and holds a controlling
share of 5 companies,and it still has 278 grandson enterprises
attached to the above-mentioned enterprises.
